The Winners of the Council of Fashion Designers of America awards 2013

A week ago was the CFDA awards, well known as the Council of Fashion Designers of America or the oscars of Fashion.

The CFDA was created by publicist Eleanor Lambert, the main goal was to honer the best designers of the year in various categories such as womenswear,menswear,accessories and emerging talent,and of course to promote American fashion as a global industry. In 2009 Diane von Fürstenberg became the group's president and Steven Kolb the chief executive director.

Last week It was held in Lincoln Center in New York, and I must say this is nothing compared to the oscars. These were the "ooo's and the aaaah's".

Hi it has been a long time since i've posted a look, but i was very busy with school and i've decided to change my blog anyway i'm back with a new post and I brought the sun with me. Yes the sun, it hasn't been shinning since september. The location was "magnifique" en français, it is the skyline of antwerp and behind me is the "boerentoren" one of the biggest building in antwerp. i've had a great day and I can't wait to post more new looks, stay posted dear readers :)

Dear readers

My inspiration for this outfit was in a song from Kate Nash skeleton song, the weather was great the sun has been shining for a while now and I wanted some happy vibe music... 

Ok I've got to admit that the lyrics aren't that positive but the tune of it makes you want to skip to little grandma's house isn't it? 

After gathering my clothes and almost lost hope of what to wear, several minutes later under a pile of clothing ... there it was my Elvis hair skeleton t-shirt, coincidence yes or no?
